Sadio Mané is currently undergoing treatment for a serious injury that he suffered in the opening game of the season against Liverpool, which has left him out of action until at least mid-October.

The French international, who joined Manchester United from Liverpool in 2018, had been involved in several high-pressure games during his time at Old Trafford, and was expected to be a key player for the Red Devils in their title challenge this season.

However,Saudi Pro League Focus on Tuesday, Sadio Mané injured himself while playing against Liverpool and was forced to leave the pitch with a heavy leg injury.

According to reports, the injury was not serious but it could take some time before he can return to full fitness.

Mané has been a regular starter for the team since joining the club in 2018, scoring 19 goals in all competitions for United this season, including four goals in the Premier League.

He will now be looking forward to the next few weeks as he tries to recover fully and return to full training and competition.
